The
Hazel’s senior session was such a fun one with a little surprise thrown in. We had planned to start downtown, but they ended up shutting down a bunch of streets because they were filming a TV show. Luckily, we worked around it and still found some awesome spots. She was so easygoing about it all and the session turned out so beautiful.
We started in a concrete urban area where Hazel wore a green top and jeans. We had her sitting on some stairs and walking through one of the open streets. Even with the closures, we found the best little spots that worked perfectly for her casual city look.
Next, she changed into a white top and denim skirt and we shot by some big glass windows that reflected all the city lights and buildings. I love this look because it gives such a clean, modern vibe to the photos. The light bouncing off the windows made her whole outfit pop.
Once we wrapped up in the city, we drove out to Lake Oswego, Oregon. We found some tall hay fields where Hazel wore a gorgeous purple pink dress. The soft tones of the field mixed with the colors of her dress made this part of her session feel so dreamy. This was one of my favorite spots of the day.
Then we headed to West Linn, Oregon, where she wore a yellow dress by a barn. The light was so good here and the yellow against the barn gave us such a fun, country feel. We finished the evening in a nearby grassy field where Hazel changed into a white dress. The soft sunset light made this last set of photos feel so peaceful and natural.
Hazel, thank you for rolling with the unexpected street closures and making the whole session so fun. You brought such great energy to every spot. I hope you have the best senior year ahead!
