The
Marlo’s senior session was such a fun one! We had the perfect mix of urban senior photos, golden fields, and river shots to give her gallery so much variety. I loved how she brought in a little bit of her personality and style to each look and location. We also got to kick things off with some fun basketball senior photos, which was such a great way to personalize her session.
We started by a graffiti wall where Marlo wore a tank top and jeans with her Air Jordans. The combo of the casual outfit with the bold background gave us some really cool basketball-inspired senior photos without having to be on the court. I love when seniors bring in their interests in creative ways like this — it makes the photos feel more personal and fun.
Next, we moved into downtown for some urban senior portraits. Marlo changed into a simple white top and jeans, which worked perfectly with the city textures around us. I always love shooting senior photos for girls in urban spots like this because it gives such a clean and modern look that will always feel timeless.
Later in the afternoon, we headed out to one of my favorite golden fields where Marlo wore a black dress. The soft light was incredible and this part of the session gave us such a dreamy, natural feel. These are always some of my favorite shots to capture — that mix of soft movement, sunset light, and simple styling just works every time.
We wrapped up the session by the river in the evening, where Marlo changed into a yellow dress. The soft sunset light reflecting off the water was the perfect way to end the day. This look rounded out her gallery so well and gave her a great balance of both casual and dressier looks across all of the locations.
Marlo, thank you so much for such a fun session! You brought so much great energy and style to your shoot and I loved how your gallery came together. Wishing you the best senior year ahead!
