Truman’s Senior Photos in Vancouver I Class of 2025

Truman’s senior session was such a great one. A couple of years ago, I had the chance to photograph his sister’s senior portraits, so it was extra special to work with their family again and create images that would look amazing side by side in their home. Since they’re planning to do wall art and albums, we made sure Truman’s session had a cohesive feel while still letting his style and personality shine.

We kept his looks simple and classic — a few casual button-up shirts, a polo, and a t-shirt — which worked perfectly across both urban and nature locations. That combination gave us tons of variety without overcomplicating anything, which is exactly what I aim for when doing senior photos for guys.

We started off in some urban spots where the clean lines and textures helped the outfits stand out while keeping everything laid-back. Truman wore a simple button-up for this part, which gave us a more polished feel without being too dressed up.

As the afternoon light softened, we moved into some nature locations for a completely different vibe. The trees, fields, and golden light gave his gallery a more relaxed, outdoorsy look. Truman’s polo and t-shirt choices photographed really well here and kept everything feeling natural and easy.

If you’re planning senior portraits for boys, this session is a great example of how a few simple outfit changes and a mix of environments can give you a well-rounded gallery that feels true to you.
