First off, I want to say a big CONGRATS to making it to this stage in the application process!
Every year I get tons and tons of applications for the Senior Team and the reason that you're here is that there's something that stood out about yours. For each applicant, I do my best to get to know you through the written application and then also talking to your peers about what you're like and if you'd be a good fit for the Team.
If you're reading this, that means that you made it to the last step in the process and you can celebrate your invitation to the Team!
BUT - you're not on it yet, check out all of the details below for what's needed next from you to finalize everything for the Team.

Before going any further! Make sure to watch the video together (aka you and your parents) and this will help answer a majority of the questions that all of my Senior Team families have before officially joining the Team.
While there is a lot that is included with the Senior Team, my job is to help make it as easy as possible for you all to understand!

The Senior Team is something I've been looking forward to since sophomore year. Seeing Sean's amazing work and adventures you get to be a part of really drew me in. I am a very quiet individual but Sean is amazing at bringing out the best in you and making you feel comfortable and confident. I've enjoyed not only being a part of the Team, but also working with Sean and all the girls involved. So apply and do it!

The Senior Team to me means making bonds with new girls around the area! I’ve met new girls that I’ve grown close to, Ive been able to do some really fun amazing exclusive shoots, and of course I’ve gotten THE best pictures I’ve ever seen of myself! I highly recommend joining the Senior Team if you wanna have lots of fun, meet amazing girls, and get amazing photos! The SBP Senior Team exceeded my expectations!

Being on the senior team is an experience like no other! The girls are all incredibly sweet and are the most fun to shoot with. Sean makes every shoot an absolute blast, even if you’re not 100% comfortable in front of a camera, Sean will make sure to get you looking your best in all the photos he takes! If I could describe the Senior Team in one word it would be unique because this is an experience I would personally not have gotten if I wasn’t on the Team and would not have gotten to meet all the people I have.

Having the opportunity to be on the Senior Team has been amazing! The experience of meeting girls from other high schools, participating in many different photo shoots, and getting a ton of cute pictures has been so worth it. This opportunity is something that will make your last couple years of high school extra special and something you’ll never forget. I have loved my experience with Sean and the rest of the team and I highly recommend being on the Senior Team!

The Senior Team has taught me a lot about teamwork and friendship and has been so much fun! I’m typically a pretty outgoing bubbly person so when my bestie asked me to join the team with her I couldn’t say no. It sounded like a great opportunity to work with an amazing photographer and just have fun with all of my senior photos and remember these last years of high school!

The Senior Team has been SO FUN! If you're considering joining, I highly recommend doing it. I wanted to be a part of it because I am pretty social so getting to meeting new people sounded super fun - and it has been! Being on the Senior Team has seriously been the BEST experience. I have always loved SEan's photos and being a part of his Team was awesome. I loved every aspect of it from shooting throughout my junior and senior year to creating new friendships. If you have a chance to join his Team, you should 100% do it! Sean makes you feel so comfortable and confident during your shoots and if you are at all thinking about joining, do it because you will have a blast! Now that you've completed your parent meeting and been accepted to the Team, there are just a couple action items left for you! I've also outlined these in the email you all received.
Since there is a lot to start prepping for your first shoot with the team, you will have 72 hours to get everything completed. So don't waste any time getting this stuff in! The sooner the better :)
2) Complete Your Senior Team and Portrait Client Agreement
This is BIG. This includes a couple really important things as noted during our meeting as well as in the Senior Team guide.
The first big thing to note in here is that you are EXCLUSIVELY working with me when you're on the Senior Team. This means not working with other photographers that promote their services (for free or paid). This does not include photographers for things like sports, school dances, etc. If you have questions about this during your time on the Senior Team just send me a text and it is usually cleared up in just a couple minutes.
The other is the ethics clauses. This includes not posting anything on social media that would be misrepresentative of the SBP brand as well as not participating in bullying, harassment or anything that would be harmful towards others in any way.
This also includes my general business agreement that all of my clients sign. This includes things such as what happens in the event of a reschedule, model release as well as outlines the minimum order requirement that is in place for all my clients (Senior Team or non-Senior Team). If you have any questions about anything in this, please don't hesitate to reach out via email.
Here is also where you'll pay the Senior Team investment fee that we went over (includes full access to the Senior Team as well as the session retainer for your individual senior portrait session).
Once this is in, you'll receive a confirmation email from me within 24 hours. If you are missing anything, I will also let you know at this time. If you have any questions about anything above, please reach out via email prior to signing to the Team.
1) Review the Senior Team Guide Again
Like we went over during your meeting, I always recommend looking over the Senior Team Guide one more time to make sure everything looks good. This is also where everything about the Team, including pricing, is outlined. Please make sure to review that before proceeding with signing everything!

Reminder! If you have been accepted for the Senior Team, you must complete all of the above information within 72 hours of Sean emailing you. If that doesn't happen, your application will be rolled over to the next round on a case available basis.
