The
Kya’s senior session was such a fun one. We had a mix of locations, a little bit of exploring, and found the best light along the way. She was up for anything and brought such an easy, relaxed vibe to the whole day.
We started along some glass windows and a dark brick building, where Kya wore a white top. The combo of the clean glass and textured brick made for the perfect contrast. The light coming through here was so pretty and gave these photos such a nice glow to kick things off.
Next, we moved into an urban street where she changed into a light pink sweatshirt. It was such a cute casual look for this part of the session and worked perfectly with the street vibe. I always love getting a few relaxed shots downtown to balance out the more dressed-up looks.
After the city, we headed out to a rocky river spot where the trees were showing off with beautiful colors. Kya wore a blue shirt and a long white skirt here. The soft movement of the skirt with the rocks and water made for such dreamy photos. This spot is always one of my favorites when the light hits the trees just right.
On the way to our next location, we happened to find a random flower field and had to stop. Kya changed into a multi-colored striped dress and it was such a fun look for this spot. The flowers and her outfit gave this set of photos such a happy, playful feel.
After that, we made a quick stop at a loading dock where she wore a white tube top and green pants. The industrial setting gave a little bit of an edge to her gallery and balanced out the softer, nature spots really well.
We wrapped up the evening in a tall grass field where Kya wore a white dress. The sunset light was so soft here and this spot gave us such a calm, natural way to end her session. These photos turned out to be some of my favorites from the whole day.
Kya, thank you so much for trusting me with your senior photos. I had the best time hanging out and exploring with you. Wishing you the most amazing senior year ahead!
